రాష్ట్రంలో గ్రూప్‌–2 కేటగిరీ పోస్టుల భర్తీకి సంబంధించిన స్క్రీనింగ్‌ టెస్ట్‌ (ప్రిలిమ్స్‌ పరీక్ష) ఈనెల 26న జరగనుంది. ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్‌ పబ్లిక్‌ సర్వీస్‌ కమిషన్‌ (ఏపీపీఎస్సీ) ఇందుకు అన్ని ఏర్పాట్లు పూర్తి చేసింది. హైదరాబాద్‌ పరీక్ష కేంద్రాలకు ఆప్షన్లు ఇచ్చిన వారు మినహా మిగతా వారు పీఎస్‌సీ.ఏపీ.జీఓవీ.ఐఎన్‌ వెబ్‌సైట్‌ నుంచి హాల్‌ టికెట్లను డౌన్‌లోడ్‌ చేసుకోవచ్చని ఏపీపీఎస్సీ కార్యదర్శి వైవీఎస్‌టీ సాయి తెలిపారు. హైదరాబాద్‌ కేంద్రంగా ఆప్షన్లు ఇచ్చిన వారు 14వ తేదీ నుంచి హాల్‌ టికెట్లు డౌన్‌లోడ్‌ చేసుకోవాలని సూచించారు. మొత్తం 982 పోస్టులకు 2016 నవంబర్‌ 8వ తేదీన గ్రూప్‌2 నోటిఫికేషన్‌ జారీ చేసిన సంగతి తెలిసిందే.
ఇందులో 442 ఎగ్జిక్యూటివ్, 540 నాన్‌ ఎగ్జిక్యూటివ్ పోస్టులు ఉన్నాయి. ఈ పోస్టులకు 6,57,010 మంది అభ్యర్థులు (తెలంగాణ వారితో కలిపి) పోటీ పడుతున్నారు. ఒక్కో పోస్టుకు 670 మంది పోటీలో ఉన్నారు. ప్రిలిమ్స్‌ ద్వారా ఒక్కో పోస్టుకు 50 మంది చొప్పున మెయిన్‌ పరీక్షకు ఎంపిక చేయనున్నారు. ప్రిలిమ్స్‌లో రిజర్వేషన్ల విధానం, లోకల్, నాన్‌లోకల్‌ కోటా వర్తించదు. మెయిన్‌ పరీక్షలకు వర్తిస్తుంది. లోకల్ కోటాలో 30% పోస్టులు ఉమ్మడి మెరిట్‌ జాబితా ద్వారా పూర్తిచేసి తక్కిన 70% పోస్టులను స్థానిక అభ్యర్థులతో భర్తీ చేస్తారు. మెయిన్స్‌ పరీక్షను కంప్యూటర్‌ ఆధారితంగా మే 20వ తేదీన నిర్వహిస్తారు.
