In this video I"m gonna show you how to repair a sagging drywall ceiling that has cracked on a couple tape joints. The reason the ceiling is sagging is because The trusses are 24 inches on center and the drywall was installed directly to the trusses instead of having furring strips or sometime type of resilient channel installed.
First step is to remove the paper drywall tape now install a 4" x 6" furring strip in between the trusses connecting on each side of the joint with drywall screws.
Now if install some fiberglass mesh drywall tape and use of setting tied compound for the first coat. Second and third coach will be you using a all-purpose joint compound. The ceiling has a skip trowel texture which I will also show you how to match in this video if you have any questions please feel free to ask me in the comments and I will do my best to answer them all. How to install:

Open destination folder and locate file notes.txt, open it and read step by step.
